2018 Resolutions

I have never been a big resolution person. I usually just say I’m going to “work out more and eat healthier”, and then I make no effort towards actually doing so. This year, I genuinely took the time to think about what I want to achieve in the upcoming 12 months, and so much of it relates to this blog.
